At Tile Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have over-ordered or changed your mind, we offer a 90-day return window on all eligible tile products in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your account or use our returns portal within 90 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Pack with Care

    Carefully pack your full, unopened boxes of tile back onto their original pallet or in secure shipping boxes to ensure they arrive at our warehouse without breakage.

  • 3.
    Ship Items Back

    Affix your RMA label to the exterior of the shipment and send it via your preferred carrier; we recommend using a service with tracking and insurance for your protection.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
